Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein power backup ka kya scene hai? Just moved into my unit last month, aur sach kahoon toh full flat backup sirf brochure pe hai lagta hai. Common areas mein toh light rehti hai, but ghar ke andar AC ya geyser chalana mushkil hai power cut mein. Is this normal for Rajkot projects? As an investor, mujhe tenant attraction aur resale value ki tension ho rahi hai yaar. Water supply bhi kabhi kabhi low pressure rehta hai, specially top floors pe. Builder ne toh bahut promises kiye the amenities ke, but ground reality thodi different lag rahi hai. Is it worth complaining ya sab societies mein aisa hi hota hai? Kya isse future mein ROI pe farak padega, not sure...

Ye toh har jagah ka scene hai Rajkot mein. Builders bas marketing mein champion hain, delivery mein zero. Humne bhi Krishna Kunj mein ek flat liya tha, 29L – 30L ki range mein hi tha, possession 2022-06-01 ke aas paas hi mila tha. Wahan bhi common areas mein backup hai, but ghar mein inverter load se zyada kuch nahi chalta. Meri ek friend ne bhi Ansal ke hi dusre project mein liya hai, same issues. Rajkot market mein abhi buyers thode cautious ho gaye hain aise builder practices se. Tenant attraction ke liye toh yeh sab basic amenities bahut important hain, warna rent bhi kam milta hai aur resale mein bhi problem aati hai.
Krishna Kunj mein bhi same water pressure issue hai, U10. Mera flat 7th floor pe hai, aur subah-shaam toh theek hai but din mein pressure itna low rehta hai ki geyser chalana mushkil ho jaata hai. Builder ne toh kaha tha ki high-pressure pumps lagenge, but sab hawa mein hai. Lagta hai Rajkot mein bade projects mein bhi yeh sab standard practice ban gayi hai. Bahut tension ho rahi hai resale value ki, especially after hearing U1's concerns about Ansal Aastha, which is quite similar to my building.
U4, you're absolutely right. Amenities ke naam pe bas loot macha rakhi hai. Basic cheezein bhi nahi dete. Kya aapke project mein bhi water pressure ka issue hai top floors pe? Ansal Aastha mein toh yeh bhi problem hai.
Totally agree with U1. This is not normal, especially for a project that completed in 2022. Have you checked their RERA commitments? Kya unhone power backup clearly mention kiya tha agreement mein? Agar haan, toh you should definitely complain. Is there a RERA number for this project that we can cross-check?
U7, RERA mein complaint karne se chances hain, par process slow hota hai. Better approach hai ki aap builder ko legal notice bhejo, mentioning the specific clauses from your agreement and brochure. Aur U8, don't lose hope, sometimes it works. Consumer forum bhi ek option hai. Lekin pehle builder ke saath written communication karo.
RERA mein complaint? Bhai, experience toh yahi kehta hai ki time waste hai. Builder ki setting hoti hai. Maine bhi try kiya tha ek baar, kuch nahi hua.
Haan U3, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka RERA number hai UPRERAPRJ5670. Maine bhi check kiya tha jab booking ka soch raha tha. Unhone brochure mein toh full DG backup ka promise kiya tha. But RERA mein kya details submit ki hain, woh dekhna padega. Generally, builder bahut vague terms use karte hain RERA filings mein to avoid liability. But still, it's worth a shot. Kya lagta hai, RERA mein complaint karne se kuch hoga?
Bhai, same exact problem Ansal ke projects mein. Yeh toh inka trademark ho gaya hai lagta hai. Full flat backup bol ke sirf lights aur fans chalate hain, AC/Geyser toh bhool jao. Bahut frustrating hai yaar.
