Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein real carpet area kitna milta hai?

Okay I'll be honest — I almost got duped by just looking at super built-up area for my next home. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. The price point looks decent, around ₹29-30 L. But yaar, I'm trying to figure out the actual carpet area ratio. Builders often inflate super built-up, makes a big difference in what you actually get. For a 3BHK, is the usable space genuinely good there? Or will it feel cramped after moving from a decent 2BHK? Already have a home loan, so this upgrade has to be worth it. Any tips on checking this before finalizing? Hope this helps someone too.
