Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: My amenity reality check
Been looking at investment properties for a year now, and honestly, the gap between what's promised and what's delivered is frustrating. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but buying for myself in Rajkot, it's different. Take Ansal Aastha Mig Zone; brochures showed lush green areas and a buzzing clubhouse. My friend who bought there says the greens are mostly concrete, and the clubhouse is a ghost facility. This impacts resale value, doesn't it? Attracting good tenants gets harder. I'm also hearing about early construction quality issues in other projects, like cracks and seepage within a year. Is this just common now? Does anyone actually see a decent ROI when amenities are just for show? What do you look for during site visits to spot these issues early?

Sahi baat hai bhai. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka RERA number kya hai? Aur possession date kya thi? Completed dikha raha hai, toh yeh issues abhi bhi kaise?
Haan
Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Brochure vs reality is a huge red flag. For ₹29-30 L, you expect good amenities, not just a picture.
