Kalawad Road — I'm seriously considering Ansal Aastha Mig Zone for my first home. Honestly, I'm a bit nervous about builder stability. Does anyone have insights on Ansal API's financial health or past RERA compliance issues in Rajkot? What was your possession experience like? Any nasty surprises at handover?

Bhai, Ansal API ka track record toh mixed hi raha hai. Delhi HQ hai inka, aur 1967 se hain market mein, but Rajkot mein thoda cautious rehna padega. Maine suna hai kuch projects mein delays hue hain.
Totally agree with U2! Ansal API ki reputation pehle se hi thodi shaky rahi hai. It's not just about delays, sometimes the amenities promised are not delivered properly. First home hai, toh risk mat lo.
