Meri ek relative ne nearby Krishna Kunj mein Ansal ka project liya tha, 2 saal pehle. Possession ke baad se seepage ki problem chalti rehti hai, aur builder sunta hi nahi. Builders toh bas bech ke nikal jaate hain, baad mein kaun dekhta hai. ₹29-30 L mein, I'd expect better quality, not these recurring headaches. First-time buyer ke liye toh ye nightmare hai.
U3, U5 – Haan, RERA number is UPRERAPRJ5670. Status 'COMPLETED' dikha raha hai, aur possession date 2022-06-01 thi. But completed hone ka matlab ye nahi ki sab theek ho. Mere ek friend ne bhi bataya tha ki Rajkot market mein rental yield 2-3% se zyada milna mushkil hai
