Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: My quality concerns after 2.5 years
2.5 years since possession at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, and honestly, the initial construction quality is showing its true colors. My first tenant left partly due to constant minor issues. We're talking hairline cracks near windows, persistent plumbing leaks under sinks, and those cheap fittings just don't last. It's a never-ending cycle of small repairs. The maintenance team for the elevators is also super slow; I've had two incidents where the lift was down for over a day. Power backup is only for common areas, which tenants really don't appreciate anymore for the rent they pay. This definitely eats into my rental yield and makes tenant attraction harder. Does anyone else feel like these recurring quality issues significantly impact long-term resale value? Am I overthinking this, or is this the norm for projects delivered 2-3 years ago?
