Ansal Aastha Mig Zone promised a lot, but daily life is... different. Just moved in last month, and honestly, the possession experience was a bit eye-opening. Walls needed touch-ups, and the promised garden area isn't quite what I imagined. Is anyone else finding the actual livability a bit underwhelming compared to the brochure? The noise levels from the main road are higher than expected too. Really wondering if I made the right choice for the long run, especially with kids. What are other residents' thoughts on daily life here?

It's tough when expectations don't meet reality. For first-time buyers, it's a huge emotional and financial decision. My advice would be to document everything, even minor issues. Sometimes, if enough residents complain collectively, builders do take action, especially if they want to maintain their RERA score.
Sahi baat hai. Toh ab aap log kya plan kar rahe ho, koi group complaint ya builder se baat? Did anything improve after your post?
See, this is why I always say, don't just look at the price range (₹29 L – ₹30 L). The market in Rajkot has so many new options now, especially around Krishna Kunj area, for slightly more you get much better quality. Ansal Aastha has been 'completed' since 2022-06-01, but the initial buzz was always about affordability, not premium living. Buyers need to be super careful about what 'completed' actually means on the ground. Did anyone get a proper snag list done before possession?
Snag list? Hum toh excitement mein bas keys leke andar ghus gaye. Ab regret hota hai ki kaash check kar liya hota. Builder ne toh bas bola 'all good, sign here'. Meri wife toh abhi bhi bolti hai ki Krishna Kunj mein wahi 2BHK le lete, kitna shanti wala area hai.
Oh man, I almost booked here last year! My agent was pushing it hard, saying it's a 'completed' project with all amenities. But then I heard some whispers about delayed handovers and quality issues. Did you check their RERA status before booking? UPRERAPRJ5670 is the number, right? I just hope the builder doesn't pull a fast one on maintenance too.
Exactly! Budget mein toh sab compromise karna padta hai. Ab kya karein, phans gaye hain lagta hai.
Haan, RERA status toh completed dikha raha hai, 2022-06-01 possession date bhi hai. But that doesn't mean quality control was perfect. Mera friend Krishna Kunj mein hai, wahan bhi same builder ne chote-mote finishing issues chhode the. It's a common problem with these budget projects.
Bhai, 29-30L for this? Isse better options the na Rajkot mein? Bahut high price lag raha hai for these issues.

Totally agree with you! Humne bhi same experience face kiya. Brochure mein toh sab kuch perfect lagta hai, but reality check is something else. Noise ka toh kya hi kehna, lagta hai road pe hi so rahe hain. I'm also a first-time buyer and super nervous about these hidden issues.
