Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: My visit left me confused about future value.

Ansal API projects in Rajkot have always seemed overpriced for the quality they offer, especially Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, budget around ₹60L, near Kalawad Road. But honestly, I'm worried about resale value after 5-7 years. Kya sach mein appreciation milega? Aur unki construction quality ka kya scene hai? Parents bolte hain finishing issues aate hain.
