Just closed on a unit in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month, picked up a 2BHK for about ₹29.8L. It's a completed project, but I'm having some lingering thoughts on the investor side. I'm trying to figure out the real RERA compliance status for this specific project. Does anyone know of any past legal issues or red flags for Ansal in Rajkot that could affect future resale? I'm honestly not sure if everything's completely clean. Also, regarding capital appreciation, has anyone tracked the price movement since its launch? I'm seeing the current prices (₹29.40 L–₹30.10 L) are pretty close to what they were a while back. Is there much upside left for an investor? And for resale, how liquid is the market here? Will it be tough to exit in 5-7 years, or is there a decent secondary market for Ansal Aastha? Any first-hand experiences would be super helpful.
