Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Overrated or genuinely livable?

Okay I'll say what no one says – Ansal Aastha Mig Zone is overrated. I work in real estate, but for my own home, I'm digging deeper. Everyone focuses on the price, but is daily life genuinely good there? Or is it just another project with glossy photos? I'm worried about noise levels and the actual community vibe. Change my mind.
