Ansal Aastha Mig Zone owners, how's the build holding up?

Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on Saturday. Honestly, my parents keep saying to check minor details. I'm worried about actual build quality after possession. Anyone living there experiencing cracks or seepage issues after a year? What about the fittings, do they hold up? Not sure if these things show up during site visits. Should I be looking for specific signs of poor workmanship?
