Ansal Aastha Mig Zone owners: Practical layout and amenity use?
Currently in a 2BHK in Rajkot, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, and Ansal Aastha Mig Zone has been on my radar. Price range suits, but I'm worried about the actual usable space. Brochures mein carpet area ka number toh theek lagta hai, but practically, how efficient are the layouts? I've heard some older projects have weird angles ya dead space. Is the 3BHK layout genuinely spacious for a family, ya phir sirf numbers pe accha hai? Also, amenities ka kya scene hai? Swimming pool aur gym dikhte toh hain, but kitne log use karte hain? Maintenance cost mein kya kya cover hota hai, and are those amenities actually well-maintained and useful daily? Or just for show? Already have a home loan, so this next step needs to be right. Any owners or ex-residents, please share your experience.
