Ansal Aastha Mig Zone owners, what's your experience?

My power of attorney process is almost done for a 2BHK at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, Kalawad Road. It was supposed to be a smooth investment from Dubai, but yaar, I'm already frustrated. Builder communication is non-existent after booking. I tried calling Ansal API's Rajkot office for OC and possession date updates, but no one picks up. Email ka reply bhi nahi aata. Honestly not sure what else will pop up at handover. Heard horror stories about unexpected PLC or maintenance deposits. Being in Dubai, I can't do a site inspection myself. Any Ansal Mig Zone residents, please share your experience? Did you face similar issues with their customer support or sudden charges at handover? Need advice managing from abroad.
