₹1.2 lakh rent just gone in 10 months, yaar. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on Kalawad Road, Rajkot. Builder ka reputation mixed suna hai. My biggest concern is possession experience. Log bolte hain ke possession ke time bahut hidden surprises hote hain, like extra charges ya unfinished work. Is it true for Ansal API? Also, carpet area ka kya scene hai? Advertised super area se kitna difference hota hai actually? Don't want to get short-changed. Aur society maintenance handover ke baad kaisa rehta hai? Do they hand over RWA properly ya builder hi control karta rehta hai? Any tips on what to watch out for during final handover at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone? Really need help.
