Is Ansal Aastha's promised luxury just on paper? I'm eyeing a few units for rental income, but from my past investments, builder promises often fall short. After a year or two, how's the actual construction holding up? Any cracks or seepage issues showing up? And those grand clubhouses – do tenants actually use them, or are they ghost facilities just pushing up maintenance? I've seen amenities drive premium pricing, but not always tenant satisfaction or long-term ROI. What's the real cost versus value here?

Totally agree, bhai. Builders promise the moon, deliver a mud puddle. Especially with these 'luxury' tags, the actual finish quality is always a worry. After a year or two, cracks, seepage, fading paint – it all starts showing up. Happened to my cousin in Krishna Kunj, where they promised top-notch materials but cut corners everywhere. For rental income, you need durability, not just fancy brochures. What's the point of a grand clubhouse if the basic structure is weak?
