Been tracking Rajkot properties for a year now. I'm based in Dubai, so getting ground truth on under-construction projects like Ansal Aastha Mig Zone is super tough. Builder brochures show one thing, but actual quality during build... can we even trust what's visible? My worry is future maintenance costs and tenant issues if construction is sub-par. Later, seepage, cracks, fitting problems are a nightmare for an NRI investor. Elevator quality matters for resale. Do amenities genuinely boost rental yield and attract good tenants in Rajkot, ya just increase maintenance fees? What specific signs should my local contact look for in under-construction quality that impacts future ROI? Change my mind.
