Did some deep research on Rajkot projects, especially Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, since I'm looking to invest. I'm based in Dubai, so physical site visits toh possible nahi hain. Their brochures show great amenities – clubhouse, gym, kids' play area. But I've heard stories about builders promising a lot and delivering little. Jo log Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein rehte hain, can you share your experience? Did they actually provide all the promised amenities? Ya phir bas marketing hype tha? I'm thinking of a 2BHK, budget around ₹50L. Quality of construction bhi matter karta hai, especially for an NRI investor like me. Kya society maintenance bhi theek se hota hai?
