Bhai, Ansal ka track record Rajkot mein kuch khaas nahi raha hai. Investor ratio waali baat sahi lag rahi hai. Maine bhi suna hai ki yahan rentals nikalna mushkil hai. Rental yield expect mat karna zyada.
