Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Ready-to-move isn't always ready.
Just moved into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone a couple of months back, and honestly, thoda confusion hai. Builder ne toh sab 'ready' bola tha, but after moving in, kuch cheezein unexpected lagi. Jab possession mila, minor finishing issues the, but sorted out ho gaye. Main concern ab daily life ko lekar hai. Amenities jaise clubhouse aur gym, they look good on paper, but usage mein kitne functional hain? Noise levels ka bhi issue hai, especially with construction nearby. Air quality bhi thodi doubtful lagti hai sometimes. Aur maintenance charges, they seem a bit high for what we get. Jo log yahan already reh rahe hain, what’s your honest opinion on the actual living experience? Is it genuinely good, ya sirf on paper achha lagta hai? Aur maintenance ka kya scene hai? Should I expect these issues to improve?

Haan bhai, bilkul! Hum bhi budget-conscious hain aur soch rahe the ki ready-to-move mein at least surprises kam honge. But ab lagta hai har jagah yahi haal hai. Kya karein, rent hi better option lag raha hai sometimes.
