Kalawad Road area mein property dekh raha hu, fed up of renting yaar. Finally soch raha hu Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein 2BHK ya 3BHK le lun, around ₹70-80L budget hai. But Ansal API ki construction quality ka kya scene hai? Real carpet area kitna milta hai compared to super area? Suna hai kuch builders kaafi difference batate hain. Aur possession ke baad plaster cracks ya seepage issues aate hain kya? EMI vs rent ka math toh clear hai, bas builder pe trust ka issue hai. Koi experience share karega?

Bhai, Ansal API ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. My friend had a terrible experience with their project near Krishna Kunj years ago. Possession delayed by almost 3 saal and quality was sub-par. Be very careful. Carpet area toh they always inflate super area.
U7, compensation toh door ki baat hai, they just gave excuses. Litigation mein phans gaye the for years. Rajkot mein bhi inka record bahut mixed hai, especially with older projects. Newer ones might be better,
