Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Real talk on amenities?

My possession was in March and honestly, I'm still figuring out if Ansal Aastha Mig Zone was the right call. Okay, I'll say what no one else really talks about: the amenities. Everyone shows off the gym and pool, but after living here for a few months, I barely see anyone using them consistently. It feels like mostly show-off stuff, just adding to the maintenance bill. And the community vibe? Thoda isolated lagta hai, not as friendly as I hoped. Am I missing something? What's the actual daily utility of these so-called premium amenities for you guys? Disagree?
