Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Real vibe for a growing family, confused

Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. It looks decent, but I'm upgrading for my kids, so safety and a good neighbourhood are top priority. Is the actual living experience yahaan pe genuinely good, ya sirf paper pe achha lagta hai? My wife's priority is a good school nearby for kids' admission. How's the community vibe? Friendly families ya sab isolated rehte hain? Not sure if it's the right choice for a growing family. Any current residents can share their experience? Especially about nearby schools and safe play areas. Thanks!
