Since January I've been checking out flats, especially around 150 Feet Ring Road. I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, but my parents keep saying to be super careful with legal stuff. Honestly, I don't know much about RERA checks or title verification. What's the best way to properly check RERA registration for a project in Rajkot? Are there common red flags in builder-buyer agreements I should watch out for before signing? Really don't want to get stuck later.
