Just moved into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month, possession March mein mili. Honestly, I'm already thinking about long-term exit. Society mein kaafi investor units hain, not sure if that affects actual resale liquidity. Anyone tried selling here recently? Kya scene hai? Is appreciation matching expectations, ya ghost society ka risk hai?
