Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Residents, what's the real vibe?

Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. Price range around 30L seems okay, but I'm honestly not sure if the premium is justified. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a factor. My main question is, is this project genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas paper pe acha lagta hai? Residents, please share your real experiences. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly hai ya isolated feel hota hai? And what about the neighborhood quality? Schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? Kids ke liye play areas aur community events hote hain kya? Also, maintenance charges monthly kitne aate hain? I'm looking for a proper home, not just an investment. Am I overthinking this, or is it worth digging deeper?
