Ansal Aastha Mig Zone residents: Your post-possession thoughts?

Just moved into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month, actually got possession in March. It's been a mixed bag, to be honest. The brochure looked great, but the finishing inside the flat wasn't quite what I expected. Little things, you know? Like the kitchen counter alignment and some paint issues. Had to get a few things fixed myself. The promised amenities like the gym are okay, but some others feel a bit neglected already. Not sure if it's just my block or a common thing. On the bright side, the location is pretty decent. We found a good school for the kids nearby, and there are a couple of hospitals within a 15-minute drive. Markets are accessible too. My biggest question is about the actual project delivery quality versus what was shown. Has anyone else who got possession recently faced similar minor issues with their Ansal Aastha flat? Are these just first-owner teething problems, or should I be worried about long-term maintenance?
