Honestly, I'm finding it hard to trust the numbers for Rajkot properties, even working in this field. Looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, around 30L. What's the real capital appreciation been since launch? Builders always hype it up. More importantly, what's the actual rental yield people are seeing here, after all costs? Don't want to buy something that barely breaks even. Any off-the-record insights?

Totally agree with the OP! I'm also looking in Rajkot and Ansal Aastha was on my list, but 30L for a first home feels like a lot if the returns aren't solid. Builders have a way of making everything sound like a goldmine. Kya karein, samajh nahi aa raha.
