Kya Ansal API Rajkot mein apni societies ka control RWA ko smoothly handover karta hai? I'm looking at a 3BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, around 150 Feet Ring Road. My budget is ₹90L ke aas paas. I've seen other builders, they just don't let go of maintenance, aur phir charges badhate rehte hain. From my experience, post-possession support bahut crucial hota hai. Log bolte hain Ansal Aastha mein maintenance charges kaafi high hain. Is it true? Aur RWA formation ka kya scene hai? Do residents have a proper say ya builder hi sab control karta rehta hai?
