Ansal Aastha Mig Zone site visit — little things bugging me

Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. Honestly, saw some minor finishing issues, like a slightly chipped tile or a door that didn't shut perfectly. For the premium, I'm wondering about the snag-list process. Do builders actually fix these smaller defects properly after possession? Or do they just drag their feet? Need honest opinions from folks who've moved in. Is the price jump worth the hassle later?
