Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Society vibe, amenities ka real scene?

Just moved into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone a couple of months back, and honestly, thoda confused hoon. Builder ne jo amenities dikhayi thi, like clubhouse and stuff, they look great on paper, but kitne log actually use karte hain? Meri family ko laga tha kids play area bahut active hoga, but abhi tak toh utna buzz nahi hai. Also, I'm wondering about the investor vs end-user ratio yahan pe. Mujhe lagta hai kaafi flats abhi bhi empty hain ya rent pe hain. Is this a common thing in Rajkot for completed societies like Ansal Aastha? Kya ghost society ka risk rehta hai long term mein? What's your experience with such societies, especially in terms of maintaining the community feel?
