My investment in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone is really testing my patience. Bought a unit near completion expecting decent capital appreciation, but honestly, it's felt pretty stagnant since. The initial price was around ₹29-30L, and from my experience tracking Rajkot, I haven't seen the kind of upward movement I projected. Projects even further out on Kalawad Road or near 150 ft Ring Road seem to have better CAGR. I'm starting to worry about the exit strategy. Is there an active secondary market for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone units, or will I be stuck with a less liquid asset? What's the real ground reality for resales here? Anyone else facing this or have insights on its true capital appreciation potential?
