Dubai se investment? Good thinking! Possession date June 2022 thi, so it's completed for sure. But end-user vs investor mix is a real issue. Rental ke liye ek local broker se baat karo, woh sahi figure dega.
Bhai, Ansal Aastha? Uska toh RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670 hai na? Mere ek friend ne bhi wahan dekha tha, usko laga ki occupancy thodi kam hai. Investor heavy lag raha tha usko bhi. Krishna Kunj area mein same budget mein better options mil sakte hain.
