Since last month, I'm seriously evaluating properties in Rajkot for investment. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone is on my radar, but I'm trying to get a real picture of infrastructure reliability. Power backup ka kya scene hai wahan? Is it full flat backup ya sirf common areas ke liye hai? For an investor, consistent power is huge for tenant satisfaction and resale value, right? Not just lights, but AC, fridge... I've seen projects jahan backup sirf naam ka hota hai. Aur water supply? Tanker dependency kitni hai? Rajkot mein paani ka issue common hai, so I need to know if Ansal Aastha has robust provisions. High maintenance cost without reliable water supply just kills ROI. Anyone with actual experience, ya property managers, please share. Ground reality kya hai for these crucial utilities? Does it affect rental yield?
