₹29.80 lakh for a 1BHK at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone looks interesting. I'm considering it purely for investment in Rajkot. Since the project is completed, I'm trying to gauge the real ROI. Has anyone invested here? What kind of rental income are you actually seeing per month? I heard some numbers, but want to confirm the ground reality. Is ₹8k-₹9k per month realistic for a 1BHK? Also, what about capital appreciation? The project has been around for a bit; has its price moved much since launch? More importantly, how liquid is the secondary market for Ansal Aastha? If I need to exit in 5-7 years, will it be easy to find a buyer, or will it just sit there? I don't want my capital stuck. I need honest opinions before I commit.
