Hey everyone, I'm an overseas Indian, currently in Dubai, and I'm seriously looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone for investment. The property looks decent online, and the price range of ₹29 L – ₹30 L seems okay for a completed project. But, I need some ground truth before I commit. Is its RERA status, UPRERAPRJ5670, completely clear? More importantly, what's the actual capital appreciation like in that area, and what about the exit strategy for an investor like me? Any real experiences or insights would be super helpful!
