Did some research on Ansal Aastha Mig Zone this weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK and eyeing a 3BHK for investment, not end-use initially. The ₹30L price range seems decent for a completed project in Rajkot. My biggest worry is the resale market liquidity. Is it really active for these MIG zone flats? I already have a home loan, so easy exit and good ROI are crucial. Who typically buys these properties after 5-7 years? Are they mostly end-users or other investors? Honestly not sure if the capital appreciation will be strong enough to make selling easy. Any experiences with offloading similar properties in Rajkot?

Ansal Aastha Mig Zone? Bhai, ₹30L for a MIG flat in Rajkot... thoda risky lag raha hai. Resale mein kaun lega? End-user toh shayad nahi dekhega itna budget for MIG. Investors bhi high ROI expect karte hain. Capital appreciation ka doubt hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mig zone flats ka resale market hamesha slow hota hai.
