Been tracking Rajkot properties since January. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone is completed, prices around 30L. I work in real estate, so I see through marketing. For investors, what's the actual resale market like here? Is it liquid, or are units sitting for long? Honestly, who's the typical buyer for these now?

U1, your point about investors' exit strategy is spot on. Mere ek relative ne bhi aise hi ek 'completed' project mein invest kiya tha, aur baad mein society formation aur common area ke issues mein phans gaye.
I actually liked the idea of a completed project, no waiting period. Price point bhi theek lag raha tha for a 2BHK. But U1, you're right, resale is key. Actual site visit mein units kaise lagte hain? Finishing kaisi hai?
Peaceful toh theek hai, but maintenance kitna hai wahan ka? Completed projects mein society charges high hote hain sometimes.
U5, meri ek friend ne liya hai wahan, she's happy with her unit. Kehti hai peaceful hai. But haan, resale ke liye customer milne mein time lagta hai, usne khud suna hai. She's not planning to sell anytime soon though.
U4, main khud visit karke aaya tha last month. Units theek hain, not premium, but decent for the price. Finishing average thi, kuch jagah minor touch-ups needed. Amenities bhi basic hain. But the biggest concern for me was the overall vibe and how isolated it felt. Krishna Kunj se thoda andar hai, connectivity utni smooth nahi lagi. Resale ka toh wahi sochna padega.

Yaar, units toh completed hain 2022-06-01 se, RERA UPRERAPRJ5670 bhi hai. But honestly, who's the typical buyer for these now? Investors ke liye exit strategy kya hai?
U2, bilkul sahi keh rahe ho. Mushkil hai, market mein demand hi nahi hai us area mein Ansal ke liye. Builder ka naam sunke bhi thoda darr lagta hai, unka track record pehle bhi mixed raha hai.
Sahi sawal hai bhai! Main bhi yahi soch raha tha. Completed project hai, RERA approved bhi, but agar bechna pade toh kya? Koi ne bechne ki koshish ki hai kya wahan? Yaar, 30 lakh chota amount nahi hota, फंसना नहीं चाहता.
