Does anyone else feel the carpet area in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone is a bit deceptive once you actually move in? I got possession in March, and honestly, the 1 BHK felt bigger on paper. It's not bad, but managing furniture and daily stuff feels tighter than I expected. Is it just me, or did others face similar space challenges? Also, for those living here, what's your take on the actual daily living experience? Like, are the nearby markets and schools really convenient? I'm trying to figure out if it's genuinely a good long-term home or if I'm missing something. The community vibe seems okay, but I'm curious about the general feel. Any thoughts on noise levels or air quality too?

Oh no, this is exactly what I feared! I was looking at Ansal Aastha too. Is it really that bad? The ₹29L – ₹30L range seemed okay but not if the space is so cramped. This makes me so nervous.
Haan bhai, carpet area ka game toh sab builders karte hain. But Ansal Aastha se expect nahi kiya tha. Price ₹29-30L for a small 1BHK is already high. Did you measure the actual carpet area before possession,
