Ansal Aastha Mig Zone – I'm looking at this place for myself, even though I push properties for a living. Honestly, the amenity quality here is a huge letdown compared to what they showed. The clubhouse is basically a shed, gym equipment feels like it's from a flea market, and the swimming pool is always 'under maintenance'. I know what builders don't tell you, but this is beyond misleading. Did anyone else get surprised after possession? What were your experiences with the promised vs. actual amenities? Feels like a bait and switch.

Totally agree with you! Hum bhi Ansal Aastha dekhne gaye the. Website pe jo dikhaya, aur jo actual ground pe hai, zameen asmaan ka farak hai. Specially that 'clubhouse' you mentioned, it's a joke. Builder log toh bas photos dikha ke loot te hain.
