Ansal Aastha Mig Zone's carpet area is just not adding up
Ansal Aastha Mig Zone — been tracking this project for a while now. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, but honestly, the carpet area feels a bit tight for what they quote. From my experience, what's advertised and what you actually get can be pretty different. I've seen builders overstate things, especially with "super built-up" calculations. Also, the builder's track record is a concern. Are they known for delivering on time and quality in Rajkot? I remember a friend had issues with another project of theirs years back, delays and quality compromises. That really impacts future resale value, doesn't it? I'm thinking about a 5-7 year horizon. What's the real resale market like for Ansal Aastha specifically? Does it move quickly or stay on the market forever? Am I overthinking this carpet area thing?
