Okay I'll say what no one says: Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka project delivery, for an empty nester like me, seems questionable. Kids moved out, so I need low maintenance, good society vibe. Maintenance charges? Change my mind.

Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670 hai, aur possession date 2022-06-01 dikha raha hai. But humare saath ek project mein aisa hua tha ki official date pe bhi possession nahi mila tha, aur 6 mahine ghumaya tha. Toh genuinely puch raha hoon, kisi ko Ansal Aastha mein 2022-06-01 pe possession mila tha kya? Ya uske baad bhi delays the? Empty nesters ko toh time pe chahiye sab.

Mujhe bhi builder ke naam se thoda doubt ho raha hai. Ansal ka reputation kuch saalon se theek nahi suna. Maintenance charges actually kitne hain Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein? Aur society vibe kaisa hai, as in, families hain ya mostly investors? Empty nesters ke liye community important hai.

Totally agree with U8. Rajkot market mein bhi builders ka yahi haal hai, promises kuch aur, reality kuch aur. First-time buyers ke liye toh double risk hai, especially when you're looking for a peaceful environment.
Ansal ka track record mixed hai. Mere ek relative ne booking ki thi inke doosre project mein, construction quality aur finishing mein issues the. Maintenance charges bhi baad mein badha diye the, initially jo bola tha usse kaafi zyada, around ₹2.5-3 per sqft ho gaya tha. Society vibe? Woh toh residents pe depend karta hai, but builder support is important for maintaining it.

But ₹29 L – ₹30 L ke price range mein, kya sach mein low maintenance mil payega? Aur builder ka track record bhi toh dekhna padta hai. Bahut darr lag raha hai first-time buyer hone ke naate.

Haan bhai, budget toh sabse bada issue hai. ₹30L is a huge amount for first-timers, upar se maintenance ka alag tension.
