Bhai, Ansal Aastha ka toh naam hi sunke darr lagta hai. Pata nahi kitne saal delay hua tha ye project. Rajkot mein inka track record kuch khaas nahi hai, especially with quality post-handover.

Totally valid doubt. I've heard similar whispers about Ansal projects. Resale is my biggest fear too, especially with so many new launches in Rajkot.
