Ansal Aastha: My investor's snag list worries
Okay I'll be honest — I work in real estate but buying for myself in Rajkot is a different ballgame. I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, and the site visits look good. But I know what builders don't tell you. My main concern is the actual construction quality post-possession. Kya cracks, seepage, ya fitting issues aate hain ek saal mein? I've seen so many projects jahan brochure mein sab high-end lagta hai, par handover ke baad small issues become big headaches. For an investor, these snags directly impact tenant attraction and resale value, plus extra repair costs. Power backup ka bhi scene kya hai? Only common areas or full flat? Aur water supply reliable hai ya tanker pe depend karna padta hai? Any real experiences from residents? Especially from an investor's POV, how bad are the snags usually?

Yaar, tumne toh bilkul sahi pakda hai. Ansal Aastha ka naam suna hai, Rajkot mein kaafi projects hain inke. But builders ka record toh pata hi hai. Brochure mein sab gold plated dikhate hain, actual mein utna nahi hota. Mera ek friend Krishna Kunj mein flat search kar raha tha, wahan bhi Ansal ka ek project tha, same issues sunne ko mile.
