Builder ne bola tha 24/7 backup milega, but yahan toh inverter bhi kaam nahi karta jab light jaati hai. Does this patchy power affect tenant attraction or resale value in Rajkot? Mera budget tight tha, toh yeh deal bahut achhi lagi thi, par ab lag raha hai phas gaya. Aapke kya thoughts hain?
