2018 mein Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka launch price kuch aur tha, ab ₹29.40 L dikha raha hai. Completed project hai, toh capital appreciation kaisa raha hai since possession? I'm looking at it for long-term investment, but Rajkot mein resale market ki liquidity Ansal Aastha ke liye kaisi hai? Koi bata sakta hai actual rental yield kitna mil raha hai 1BHK pe? Investor ratio high toh nahi hai? Exit strategy ke liye ye sab important hai, not sure if it's worth the current price. Hope someone has ground realities.
