Ansal Aastha Mig Zone RWA quality worries me. With kids gone, hospital access and efficient carpet area are key. Don't want wasted space after my big home.

Totally agree with the RWA point raised in the main post. Builder ka track record bhi dekhna padega, especially for a project that's already completed. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone RERA compliant toh hai, UPRERAPRJ5670, but compliance on paper aur actual delivery mein bahut farak hota hai. Heard mixed reviews about their previous projects too, which makes me nervous as a first-time buyer. Kya kisi ne pehle Ansal ke kisi project mein invest kiya hai?
