Ansal Aastha possession: feeling stuck and frustrated

What's the real story with possession delays from Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot? I'm currently in a 2BHK and was thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there, but I keep hearing so many horror stories. My friend booked a flat there, and they promised possession in 2021, but it's still not done, almost two years late now. They're just not communicating anything clearly; it's always vague answers. Is the quality even going to be good after such a long wait? Honestly not sure if this premium for a 3BHK is worth all this mental stress and extra EMI payments. Did anyone else face similar issues with their Rajkot projects, or is it just me?
