Ansal Aastha quality: Remote investor's dilemma

Rajkot's construction quality concerns me for investment. From Dubai, I'm eyeing Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. How's the actual build quality after a year? Any seepage, cracks? Are amenities like the clubhouse truly functional? Need ground truth on maintenance costs impacting resale.

Ansal Aastha? Bhai, be very careful. Rajkot mein builders ka track record bohot mixed hai, especially post-RERA. Mig Zone ka naam suna hai but quality pe doubt hai, especially for a remote investor.

Sahi kaha, mere dost ne Krishna Kunj ke paas ek project mein book kiya tha, baad mein leakage issues aa gaye. Ansal ki reputation toh waise bhi mixed hai.
