Been checking Rajkot properties for months. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ki amenities ka kya real scene hai? Clubhouse daily use hota hai ya sirf naam ka? Construction quality pe bhi input chahiye, especially after a year.

Totally understand what you mean. Rajkot mein options bahut hain, but quality ka pata nahi chalta. Ansal Aastha ka clubhouse sirf photo mein achha lagta hai ya actually usable hai? Aur construction mein cracking issues toh nahi aaye after 1-2 years?
Haan bhai, clubhouse ka issue suna hai. Sirf weekend pe khulta hai aur maintenance bhi theek se nahi hoti, aisa bola gaya hai.
