Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein long-term investment karna abhi risky lag raha hai. I'm looking at a unit wahan pe for ₹30L around. Completed project hai, toh possession ka tension nahi. But I'm thinking about the future. Kya iska actual capital appreciation potential hai Rajkot mein? Matlab, 5-7 saal mein kitna badhega? Aur exit strategy kya hai? Agar mujhe bechna pade 5 saal baad, will there be buyers? Market kitna liquid hai wahan ka? Rental yield bhi kitni expect kar sakte hain, realistically?
